This is a guided, group experience using movement and paint for expression. Making the internal, external!
We begin with a simple, body-based practice to wake things up - breath, movement, and attention to what’s there.
Then we move into a collective painting.
Large canvas. Standing. Using your hands, brushes, your whole body!
This part is big, messy, and all about letting go.
We then slow things down and move to create a smaller, personal piece - something more intentional. A way to take what came up and give it shape, color, and form. You’ll leave with that piece.
This experience will close by settling the body and mind, so you leave feeling integrated and restored.
